Erik Ratliff joined MCR in August 2021 as the office manager and assistant to both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer. Erik works on keeping the office functioning, streamlining processes and paperwork, facilitating new hires and new equipment. He also maintains relationships with all the organization’s vendors and coordinates all account payables. In addition, he coordinates all the Board of Directors’ meetings and Board Committee meetings on a quarterly basis.

Erik has had previous administrative experience at companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures and The Capital Group. This is his first time working in the exciting and rewarding nonprofit arena.

Outside of the office, Erik has a passion for movies, books and all other types of long-form storytelling. He also really enjoys jigsaw puzzles as long as his cats stay away from the pieces.
