Freyja Harris (she/her) is attorney with more than 20 years of experience working with communities, nonprofits, government, and philanthropy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Master’s in Urban Planning and Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University.

Her multidisciplinary background reflects a strong commitment to community development, public policy, and civic engagement. Her role at Michigan Community Resources works to strengthen the ties between the organization and the law firms, sector partners, in order to build robust networks that support nonprofits.
