Heather Nugen (she/her) helps foster trusted partnerships and provides project management support for MCR’s work towards building equitable nonprofits. Heather completed her Masters of Community Development at Detroit Mercy in 2020. She is approaching a decade of daily bicycle commuting. When she's not riding, she enjoys writing poetry, fiction, and personal essays.
